Inconsistent housekeeping services!!! Rooms not always cleaned to expectations!!! Limited TV channel offerings can be frustrating!!! Unreliable room keys don't enhance the experience!!! Definitely needs better maintenance for reported issues!!!

The location was great for the concert, and the room was well-equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave. The cleanliness was noticeable and much appreciated.

The indoor pool and hot tub provided a great way to relax.

We found a cockroach in our room, which was disgusting. The front desk staff seemed indifferent about our complaint. Additionally, noise from the nearby race track made it hard to enjoy our time outside.

Make sure to enjoy the on-site Starbucks for a quick morning coffee before heading out to explore the local attractions.

i absolutely loved the quaint decor, but then i saw a cockroach in the hall, how classy! the front desk staff didn’t seem to care, which was delightful! also, woudl it be too much to ask for a complimentary upgrade? one would think they could extend some basic luxuries. next time, i just couldn’t overlook these issues.

The hotel is conveniently located close to local attractions and is just off the Skyway Highway and Highway 99. The proximity to nearby dining options and Chico State made it very easy for exploring. The indoor pool and fitness center were a nice perk, giving me areas to unwind after a busy day.

The breakfast process lacked clear instructions, resulting in a frustrating experience.

Comfortable king room, convenient location, with a small refrigerator and microwave perfect for snacks and late-night cravings. The indoor pool was a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. It's also just a short distance from the airport, making travel easy and accessible.

Exceptional Stay with Amazing Staff!

Had a fantastic experience! The welcoming front desk team made checking in a breeze. Loved the indoor pool, perfect for winding down after our long journey. Tip for future guests, arrive early for the breakfast buffet – it’s worth it! We truly appreciated the kindness of the staff throughout our stay.

The King Room with Whirlpool was decent overall. The bed was super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved having the mini-fridge and microwave for snacks. The indoor pool was a bonus for relaxation, too! But, I did notice the tub could have been cleaner. Still, the room was quite spacious.

The jacuzzi in our King Room was a perfect end to our busy day, and the free Wi-Fi kept us connected. I really enjoyed the on-site fitness center and the cozy lounge area for some downtime. Just a heads up, the hallways could use a little sprucing up, but it didn’t take away from our experience. 🙂
